No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Biscuits (tea or digestive biscuits) – 100 gm
Diced nuts (hazelnuts or walnuts) – 1 cup
Chopped chocolate – 120 gm
Whipping cream – 1/2 cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder – 1/2 cup
Water and sugar – 1 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Butter – 2/3 cup
Crush the biscuits in a container.
Toss nuts in a pan for a few minutes and add them to the bowl of biscuits.
Take another container and add sugar and cocoa powder.
Mix while adding butter and water.
Stir well while adding vanilla extract.
Get it off the flame and put it aside to cool.
Pour the chocolate sorghum over the nuts and biscuits mixture.
Mix all the ingredients.
Grease the cake tin with butter and shift the mix to it.
Refrigerate it for a few minutes.
Make the chocolate ganache with the chopped chocolate and whipping cream.
Take a vessel, pour the cream, let it simmer, and add chopped chocolate to this.
Now, bring out the chocolate biscuit cake from the refrigerator and pour the chocolate ganache over it.
Garnish it with nuts and serve.
